Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-05-11
1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the use of the TeleInf Edu platform, which provides educational services related to telecommunications, teleinformatics and computer networking.
The Service may include articles, course paths, visual materials, interactive components, quizzes, user accounts, learning progress, XP, achievements, Premium features and administrative tools.
Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. A user who does not accept these Terms should stop using the Service.
2. Access to the Service
Some educational content may be available without creating an account. Features related to saved progress, quizzes, result history, XP, achievements, the user dashboard and Premium may require registration and sign-in.
The Service is not directed to children. Where the law applicable to the user requires consent from a parent or guardian, the Service may be used only after such consent has been obtained.
3. User Account
- Registration: The user must provide true and current data required to create an account, including an email address controlled by the user.
- Verification: Access to some features may require email address verification.
- Password: The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activities performed through the account.
- Account management: The user may use available account-management functions, including profile updates, password changes and account deletion.
- Access restriction: Account access may be restricted or suspended where the account is used contrary to these Terms, applicable law, Service security or the rights of other persons.
4. Educational Features
The Service may store reading progress, recently visited materials, active study time, article and course completions, quiz answers, quiz results, XP, level, achievements and activity history.
Quiz results, XP, levels and achievements are functional and educational platform elements. They do not constitute an official certificate, formal qualification, credential or professional assessment.
5. Premium and Payments
Premium is paid time-limited access granted for the number of days assigned to the selected package. Available packages may include, in particular, 7, 30, 90 or 365 days, depending on the currently configured catalog.
Premium may include extended access to learning paths and materials, Premium quizzes, XP bonuses, badges, achievements, extended content discovery or other features indicated in the Service interface.
Premium payment and checkout handling is provided through Polar. Information about price, currency, taxes, available payment methods, checkout terms and purchase confirmation is presented during the payment process.
Premium access is activated after the payment provider confirms successful payment and the entitlement is recorded for the correct user account.
- Catalog: Only packages configured for checkout are offered in the Service. Package scope and prices may change.
- Access period: Premium days are calculated from the entitlement start date recorded for the user's account.
- Transaction data: Polar checkout, order, product, customer and refund identifiers may be stored to verify purchases, Premium history and refund handling.
- Activation issues: If payment succeeds but Premium is not visible, checkout status and the purchase history assigned to the account are the primary basis for verification.
6. Consumers, Withdrawal and Refunds
These Terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
If the user is a consumer, the user may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services made available before the withdrawal period expires, that right may be limited where the user expressly requests immediate performance and provides the confirmations required by law.
Refunds, withdrawals, failed payments and chargebacks are handled in accordance with applicable law, checkout terms and the payment provider process. Following a refund or chargeback, Premium access may be restricted, disabled or marked as refunded.
7. User Obligations
The user must use the Service in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, good practices and the rights of other persons.
- It is prohibited to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, administrative panels, APIs, databases or infrastructure.
- It is prohibited to bypass Premium access controls, payment verification, limits, authorization or security mechanisms.
- It is prohibited to copy, scrape, mirror, resell or publicly distribute substantial parts of the Service without prior consent.
- It is prohibited to submit malicious code, automated abuse, spam or content that violates law or third-party rights.
- It is prohibited to share an account or Premium access in a manner intended to circumvent access rules.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Content, articles, diagrams, graphics, interactive components, interface, code, marks and other materials available in the Service are legally protected and belong to TeleInf or the relevant licensors, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The user may use materials for personal learning. Large-scale copying, public distribution, commercial use, automated extraction or creation of a competing content database requires prior consent.
The user retains rights to data provided by the user, but permits its processing to the extent necessary to provide, secure, settle and improve the Service.
9. Availability and Service Changes
The Service may be developed, changed, temporarily restricted or disabled in whole or in part where justified by technical, security, legal, organizational or product reasons.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service is not guaranteed. Access may be limited in particular by maintenance, provider outages, configuration errors, security incidents or events beyond the control of the Service operator.
10. Educational Character and Liability
Materials provided through the Service are educational and informational. They do not constitute professional engineering, legal, financial, safety or certification advice.
The user is solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of information obtained through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damage, lost profits, loss of data, consequences of Service misuse, unavailability of features or reliance on educational materials is excluded.
These Terms do not limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
11. Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to consumer protection arising from mandatory provisions applicable to the user's place of residence.
These Terms may be amended due to changes in the Service, providers, payment model, security requirements, law or platform operation. The current version applies from the date indicated on this page, unless mandatory law requires a different effective date or notice method.
