By creating an account and using the TeleInf platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Premium Services and Payments

We offer premium features through a "premium days" model. Your purchase grants you access to these features for a specified number of days.

• Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors for all transactions. For payments made in Poland via BLIK, we use Stripe. For all other international payments (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.), we use Polar.sh. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.
• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes: You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on your purchases.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Engaging in any illegal activities or promoting illegal activities.
• Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property
